I don't remember the exact date, but this is an event-exclusive original Licca-chan doll of Totoko-san.
I think it was at Dolpa (Dolls Party) or Doll Show.
I'm selling the sun-tanned, straight-haired type, which was one of three types sold.
It's new and unopened, but the box is not in good condition.
