PRODUCTION
At our Elmshorn site, quality comes first. Here, protein powders, functional snacks, and supplements are produced according to clearly defined standards – using modern equipment and precise processes. Clear responsibilities and well-aligned teams ensure that every batch meets our standards.
Logistics
Our logistics are designed for speed and precision. This is where all goods movements are bundled, and tens of thousands of packages are reliably sent on their way across Europe every day. Intelligent, automated systems support picking and ensure maximum efficiency on the floor. Clear processes, smart technologies, and continuous optimization keep our operations scalable and powerful even as we continue to grow.
Brand Management
In the Brand Team, we consistently develop ESN and More Nutrition as independent brand personalities. Design, storytelling, and ideas interlock across all touchpoints, from packaging to social media. The goal is a consistent brand experience that creates recognition and builds long-term trust. This is how we create brands that are clearly positioned and stay in people’s minds.
Central Functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Admin)
Our Central Functions form the backbone of sustainable growth. HR, Finance, and Legal create structures that provide clarity, streamline processes, and enable teams to perform at their best.
Sales/Commercial
Sales ensures our products reach customers where they shop. The team builds strong retail partnerships, expands our presence on platforms like Amazon, and continuously develops our sales channels.
Marketing & PR
Marketing and PR make our brands visible and relevant. This is where creative campaigns, performance-driven content, and close partnerships with creators are born, especially on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Technology
Our Tech Team builds the digital backbone of our growth. E-commerce, logistics, finance, and production are connected through powerful systems that create efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
