Our process is structured and efficient, though it may vary slightly by role:

Application Review
You apply online via our careers page. Your documents are reviewed directly by the Talent Acquisition Team. We will get back to you promptly.
Initial Conversation
We get to know each other in a brief phone call or digital meeting. The aim is to align expectations and get a first impression of each other.
Role-Specific Interview

This is where it gets more specific.

1. Production and Logistics We usually invite you for an in-person interview on-site. You’ll get to know the workplace, the team, and the processes.

2. Office DepartmentsDepending on the role, one or more interviews with the department will follow. Sometimes supplemented by a case study or a practical task, so both sides get a realistic picture.

Offer and contract signing
If it’s a match on both sides, you’ll receive an offer. Our People Team will guide you through the next steps and clarify any open questions.
With your acceptance, we’ll jointly start the next phase.

How can I prepare for the interview?
Prepare for questions about motivation, specific project or learning successes, and teamwork. Learn about our brands (ESN, More Nutrition) as well as our mission and values. Authenticity and reflection count more than perfect answers.
Is there feedback if it doesn't work out?
Yes – it’s important to us that every applicant is treated with respect. If it’s not a fit, you’ll receive feedback or the opportunity to discuss it in a brief conversation.
Can I apply for multiple roles simultaneously?
Yes, that’s possible. Please apply for each position separately.
Can I submit an unsolicited application if there's nothing suitable advertised?
