STEP BY STEP TO YOUR NEW JOB

Our process is structured and efficient, though it may vary slightly by role:
Application Review
You apply online via our careers page. Your documents are reviewed directly by the Talent Acquisition Team. We will get back to you promptly.
Initial Conversation
We get to know each other in a brief phone call or digital meeting. The aim is to align expectations and get a first impression of each other.
Role-Specific Interview
This is where it gets more specific.
1. Production and Logistics We usually invite you for an in-person interview on-site. You’ll get to know the workplace, the team, and the processes.
2. Office Departments Depending on the role, one or more interviews with the department will follow. Sometimes supplemented by a case study or a practical task, so both sides get a realistic picture.
Offer and contract signing
If it’s a match on both sides, you’ll receive an offer. Our People Team will guide you through the next steps and clarify any open questions.
