Delivery Conditions – Elsdorf Site

1. Scope

For all deliveries to Quality First GmbH and Fitmart GmbH & Co. KG at the Elsdorf site.

2. Delivery

2.1. Address, times, contact

Notification: Notify all deliveries via CargoClix and also upload the delivery note there: https://www.cargoclix.com/tqgg

Note: Deliver within goods receiving hours only. In case of high volume a slot may be postponed. You will then receive a written notice at least 24 h before, with a new date.

2.2. Unloading

Rear unloading with hand/electric pallet truck; side unloading is also possible. Only the number of pallets/cartons and external condition are confirmed on receipt. Visible damage is documented during unloading, noted on the delivery note and confirmed by the driver.

• Customs documents: to spedition@tqgg.de (not to goods receiving)
• Advice note + delivery note: at least 24 h before delivery by e-mail to purchase-packaging@tqgg.de
  • Advice note contains: sender/customer, PO number, number of pallets, description of goods, shipping/delivery date and time

2.4 Pallet exchange

Euro pallets (EPAL), 1200 × 800 × 144 mm, class A or B, exchangeable and undamaged. The supplier must be able to accept exchange pallets on delivery.

2.5 Single-variety delivery

• One article per packaging unit
• Label on both end faces: EAN, article number, batch, quantity per unit, single weight (g)
• If quantities change: mark on pallet and unit
• Every product with EAN/GTIN

3. Delivery note

Enclose with: supplier and address · shipping/delivery date · customer and order date · order number · quantity and total number of pallets · description of goods and EAN · best-before date/batch

4. Pallets

• Max. height 1.45 m, max. weight 1,000 kg
• Flat, even stacking pattern (important from 33 pallets)
• Pallets must be dry
• No black foil
• No mixing of several orders on one pallet (except with separating frames)
• The supplier is responsible for proper, transport-safe packaging. Goods must be secured so that they can neither slip nor be damaged during transport

5. Deviations/Reservation of acceptance

If the delivered goods do not match the delivery note or these delivery conditions, this causes considerable extra work in goods receiving. In that case Quality First and Fitmart may refuse acceptance or charge the extra effort.
