Delivery Conditions – FIEGE Bremen Site

1. Scope

For all deliveries to Quality First GmbH and Fitmart GmbH & Co. KG at the FIEGE Bremen site.

2. Delivery

2.1. Address, times, contact

Notification: Book a time slot in WebSlot no later than 15:00 the day before (3 slots per 2-h window in LES, 2 slots per 2-h window in HWS): https://webslot-tmcentral.fiege.com/FMCG/Login.aspx

Contact: No direct contact person. For login/booking issues: contact the system administrator via the link in the WebSlot portal.

Note for self-arranged deliveries (not for pick-ups by TQG): Unregistered deliveries are not unloaded and may be rejected. Delivery only with dock-suitable vehicles.

2.2. Unloading

Rear unloading (other methods only with express confirmation). Report to the control station with the WebSlot data; an unloading gate is assigned there. FIEGE carries out a visual HACCP inspection. Visible damage is documented during unloading, noted on the delivery note and confirmed by the driver. Damaged goods are unloaded only without endangering persons.

• Customs documents: to DE-NEUSS-CSS2-Customs@fiege.com
• Advice note + delivery note: at least 24 h before, electronically to purchase-packaging@tqgg.de, cc fiegewe@tqgg.de. Advice note as Excel (TQG template), one submission per truck, changes only via a new document
  • Advice note contains: sender/customer, PO number, PO item, item number, description of goods, quantity, batch, best-before date, goods-receiving no., number of line items, number of pallets, pallet no., shipping/delivery date and time

2.4 Pallet exchange

Euro pallets (EPAL), at least grade B, exchangeable and undamaged.

2.5 Single-variety delivery & labels

• Closed, single-variety packaging units (VPE) only – no mixed pallets, no loose goods
• VPE label (clearly visible, scannable): VPE item number (= outer-carton item number), VPE EAN, product description, pieces/trays per VPE, best-before date and batch (where required), barcode (EAN = VPE EAN)
• Pallet label: scannable SSCC label, item number, batch, best-before date (where relevant), quantity per pallet

3. Delivery note

Details must match the goods: item number · batch · number of pallets · quantity · weight

4. Pallets

• Max. height 1.05 m incl. load carrier (CCG1), max. weight 1,000 kg
• Single-item, single-batch pallets – no mixing of several orders
• Pallets must be dry
• No black foil
• Pack securely and secure against slipping – goods must not be damaged

5. Deviations/Reservation of acceptance

If the delivered goods do not match the delivery note or these delivery conditions, this causes considerable extra work in goods receiving. In that case Quality First and Fitmart may refuse acceptance. Deviations are only possible by prior agreement.
