2.2. Additional costs for delivery deviations

In the event of incorrect delivery, the manufacturer will be charged for the resulting costs. The corresponding time expenditure shall be charged at an hourly rate of € 29.00. A faulty delivery is caused by the points insufficiently fulfilled in point 4 as well as by deviating delivery quantities and rejects.

2.3. Delivery information

  • Rear unloading with forklift or electric pallet truck

Unloading from the side is not possible. Only the number of pallets, cartons, etc. delivered and the external integrity of the shipping packaging can be confirmed upon receipt of the goods. Damage to the goods on delivery must be confirmed by the driver on the delivery bill.

2.4. Despatch advices/certificates

The following conditions must be ensured prior to or upon delivery – If the specified documents are not provided in advance or the notification via shipping notification has not been made, unloading cannot take place. Costs incurred by the supplier as a result will not be covered.

  • Delivery notification, delivery bill and customs documents at least 2 days (48 hours) before delivery by mail to:

If batch-related certificates of analysis are available, these must be sent by e-mail to the following address at the latest at the time of the shipping notification: qm-support@nutracorp.de

2.5. Pallet exchange

Deliveries should always be made on exchangeable and undamaged Euro pallets, basic dimensions 1200 × 800 × 144 mm (length x width x height) of quality class A or B. Only exchangeable standard Euro pallets can be exchanged in accordance with the specifications of the European Pallet Association (EPAL). The supplier must ensure that he is in a position to accept the exchangeable pallets on delivery.

2.6. Labeling / Single-variety delivery

Pallets and packaging units must be delivered unmixed (by type and batch). Each pallet and packaging unit must be clearly marked on both sides with the article number (+ article number as barcode), batch (+ batch as barcode), number of packaging units and individual weight per article in grams. If the quantities in a packaging unit change, this information must be clearly visible on the pallet and the packaging unit.

If, due to the order type, a single-variety delivery is not possible, mixed deliveries are only permitted with the prior approval of Nutracorp. Associated units must be clearly recognizable as mixed deliveries. The articles, quantities and batches contained must be visible on the pallet or packaging unit as specified in the first paragraph.

Sandwich pallets are permitted as long as the dimensions are within the maximum dimensions specified in point 4.

3. delivery documents

Goods can only be accepted if a delivery bill with the following details is enclosed with the delivery:

  • Delivery bill
    • Supplier and address
    • Shipping date/delivery date
    • Customer, order date
    • Order number
    • Nutracorp article number (+ article number as barcode)
    • Total quantity and unit of measure
    • Best-before date/batch (+ batch as barcode)
    • If relevant: Eco-control body number
    • CMR documents and packing list

In the event of non-fulfillment or non-existent delivery bill, the goods receipt will be rejected.

4. assembly of the pallets

  • 4.1. Deliveries should be made on exchangeable and undamaged Euro pallets, basic dimensions 1200 × 800 × 144 mm (length x width x height). The stacking pattern of a pallet must end flat and, if possible, at the same height to enable the pallets to be stacked. This applies in particular to quantities of more than 33 pallets. The maximum height of a pallet is 1.90 m. The weight should not exceed 1000 kg.
  • 4.2. Delivery can also be made on industrial pallets (quality class A or B), basic dimensions 1200 x 1000 x 140 mm (length x width x height). The stacking pattern of a pallet must end flat and, if possible, at the same height to enable the pallets to be stacked. The maximum height of a pallet is 1.90 m. The weight should not exceed 1000 kg. These pallets are not exchanged.
  • 4.3. Pallet units must be packed in such a way as to ensure delivery in perfect condition
  • 4.4. Mixing several orders on one pallet is not permitted. Except when stacking frames are used to separate the individual orders.
  • 4.5. It is essential to ensure that the quality of the parts is not damaged by the weight or type of loading/packaging
  • 4.6. The pallets must not be wrapped in black foil
  • 4.7. Delivered pallets must be in a dry condition and must not contain excessive moisture. Pallets with a moisture content of more than 15% will not be accepted

5. deviations / reservation of acceptance

Deliveries deviating from this guideline are associated with considerable additional work in the incoming goods department. Nutracorp GmbH therefore reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the goods or to invoice the supplier for the necessary additional work. Deviations can be agreed in advance in individual cases
