The blood values provided by AWARE are a valuable add-on for everyone who wants to align their routines in a data-driven and therefore even more precise way.
In an active athletic lifestyle, energy levels, sleep quality, and recovery are what matter most. This is exactly where the blood test packages come in: The analyses include vitamin D, iron/ferritin, lipid profile (HDL/LDL), liver and kidney values, inflammatory markers (e.g., CRP), glucose/HbA1c, and TSH. They provide a clear overview of factors that noticeably influence everyday life. The results are presented in an understandable way in the AWARE app and enable the creation of an individually tailored, everyday-friendly ESN supplement routine.

The process is straightforward and fits seamlessly into everyday life: First, choose one of the three blood test packages – Basic Athlete, Pro, or Elite. Blood collection takes place at one of the more than 25 AWARE partner practices. The samples are then analyzed in the laboratory. Results are usually available after 2–10 business days and can be accessed digitally in the AWARE app – presented in an understandable way and combined with concrete recommendations for action. If desired, the results can be supplemented with personal expert consultation. For reliable interpretation, brief preparation is recommended: fast for 12 hours and do not take any supplements for 24 hours. Professional blood analyses are available at over 25 locations – including Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Hanover, Vienna, and Amsterdam.
